AUSTIN WAS AWESOME!

Twenty-Four Classmates arrived at the Awesome Austin Gathering during the downpour from Tropical Storm Frances. After much squealing, laughter and hugs, SHSers met in the Azeala/Bluebonnet Room at the Holiday Inn - Town Lake to share photo albums and yearbooks and catch up on past years. No one noticed (or cared) when the weather cleared on Saturday as Classmates were too busy enjoying an 18-hour Teen Club with Sing-A-Longs to Oldies, Entertainment by Junior and Robert (the Pastels minus a few) & their guitars, and Dancing, dancing, dancing. And by Sunday morning, we said our sad good-byes in cheerful sunshine.
